We cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke items.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
Any other unworn jewellery should be returned to us within 14 days, unworn and in the original packaging. Please include a note with your reason for return.
Please note that we are unable to refund postage costs.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance for your item.
